Oh my gish, I really did it!~ 
I DIDN'T DO THE BACKGROUND, it was made by
and can be founf here: fav.me/d5uz2g5 I drew Roxy myself, I wanted her to be more realistic, Its not exactly as I wanted it to be, but still, I am so proud of it!~ 
I originally wanted to draw Roxy's background on A3 paper but I realised it is not necessary because I remembered PPGirl16 wonderful background~ So I drew her on a side of A4 format paper (with no background), edited it out on Paint.NET so it would be transparent and added it on this background and tada~ I just love it, made it my desktop background already~
